By accessing or using Tradevo's website (tradevo.uk) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

- Free Tier: Access to basic tools, guides, and community
- Core Membership: Full access to courses, tools, templates, and priority support (£89/month or £890/year)
- Academy Courses: One-time purchase courses on specific topics (£297+)
- Accelerator Programs: 1:1 mentorship and consulting services (£997+)
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account through our platform partner, Whop.com. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
4.1 Pricing
Current pricing is available at tradevo.uk/get-started. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Whop.com and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and authorize charges to your payment method.
4.3 Subscription Billing
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days until cancelled
- Annual subscriptions: Billed once per year until cancelled
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
- You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges
4.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop.com account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period.
4.5 Refund Policy
- Core Membership: 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund.
- Academy Courses: 14-day money-back guarantee if you've completed less than 25% of the course.
- Accelerator Programs: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of program start.
- Free Resources: No refunds (they're free!).

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All content on Tradevo, including courses, guides, templates, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Tradevo and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
5.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our content
- Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize our content
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
5.3 Permitted Use
You MAY:

- Implement strategies and tactics taught in our courses
- Download resources for personal offline use (where allowed)
- Share the 7-Day Blueprint PDF freely (it's designed to be shared)
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Community Contributions
If you post content in our community, forums, or provide testimonials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and educational purposes.
6.2 Content Standards
You agree not to post content that is:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
- Harassing, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Tradevo provides educational content and training. We do NOT guarantee specific results, earnings, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, competition, and many other factors outside our control.

- Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Content will be accurate, complete, or current
- Results will meet your expectations
- Defects will be corrected
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from:
- Use or inability to use our services
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Errors or omissions in our content
- Third-party conduct or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is less.
